No. If you've set up an AI agent to handle a task for you, built an automated workflow, or even just imagined a way AI could run part of your job — that's a valid starting point. We're looking for useful agentic workflows, not technical sophistication.

Yes. Your best idea is allowed to be simple. A 15-minute time-save that actually works beats a grand theoretical vision every time. The jury rewards practical over clever.

Record your screen showing the AI agent or workflow in action — use your phone, a screen recorder, or whatever's easiest. Walk us through what it does and what the impact is. Add a voiceover. No editing needed. Raw is fine.

Yes — if they're genuinely different use cases. Duplicate or near-identical submissions from the same person will be merged by the organizers.

The independent jury reviews all submissions across the six companies. The best ideas will be shared across the portfolio to help everyone learn. Nothing is published externally without your agreement.

No — both team members must work at the same company. But you can always enter solo.

Do not include confidential customer data, patient data, or personally identifiable information about third parties in your submission. The jury and organizers only see your submission, and all files are deleted 12 months after the competition ends unless you opt in to longer storage for showcase.

All submissions are processed and stored on servers based in the EU. The platform we use (Typeform) is GDPR-compliant and hosts data in European data centres. Your submission is only accessible to the organising team and the jury — it is never shared externally without your consent.

Winners will be announced on Wednesday 1 July 2026 across all six companies simultaneously.

Yes — you can enter solo or as a duo (maximum 2 people per team). Both team members must work at the same company. The €1,000 travel voucher goes to the winning team to split between them.

Yes. A single team can submit multiple different projects, and multiple teams from the same department can each submit their own. The marketing team has three different AI workflows? Submit all three as separate entries. More ideas, more chances.

No. Everything is submitted digitally — there's no physical event, no pitch day, no travel required. Record your screen, fill in the form, and you're done. The jury reviews submissions remotely.
